This 90-Day Sales Coaching Program covers a variety of mortgage sales training topics designed to arm retail loan officers or professionals with the skills to succeed in any mortgage environments.
Highlights of the 90-Day Sales Coaching Program: Part 1
- During this program for the first 6-8 weeks, the loan officer will receive the program “Successful Selling to the Realtor Market”
- Analysis of their current real estate agent base and determine who to focus on to maximize their purchase production
- Weekly review of their progress towards growing the base of relationships and practice sales calls every week that are recorded and sent to the loan officer for personal development
- Once student has mastered the selling skill to real estate agents, then they progress to the next part of the program
Highlights of the 90-Day Sales Coaching Program: Part 2
- Borrower focused for the final 4-6 weeks by getting the sales Program “Successful Phone Selling Skills”
- Focus in on how to turn inquiry in to apps by focusing on the 5 W’s of Selling, along with how to use the Three Most Powerful Words in Sales with every borrower opportunity
- During this part of the training, we monitor the real estate agent progress on a weekly basis and the loan officer gets a practice sales call with a borrower every week, which is recorded and sent to them to grow their personal selling development.
By the conclusion of the 90-Day Sales Coaching Session, loan officer participants should be well equipped to engage with prospects and real estate agent partners more effectively to help grow business in any mortgage real estate market.
